Cassindy Chao Speaker

Cassindy began her career as an investment banker at J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs working in both New York and Hong Kong. Returning to the US, she founded two tech startups and served as a strategic turnaround advisor to more than a dozen companies in the US and China. In 2006, she was a Marshall Memorial Fellow dedicated to fostering transatlantic relationships. She continues to be involved in the start-up community as an active angel investor and advisor to The Lounge Booth, serving clients like Netflix, Spotify, Lionsgate, Beef, Joyride, and Goldhouse Events.

Her expertise as both an executive and a matchmaker has been highlighted in Business Insider, AsianBossGirl, Bay Area Women Magazine, VoyageLA and inJanet Hanson’s book, More Than 85 Broads. She is a frequent guest speaker and has appeared on numerous podcasts including the Color of Success, Immigrantly, Real Love Life, Living Well with Janet and Immigrantly. She is the author of the Amazon best-seller, Ancient Wisdom, Modern Love: A Practical Guide to Modern Dating.
